John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. The job was completed in no time and he was on his way to the next job. We couldn't be happier with the results!! We will be using J&J every year as our trees continue to fill up the gutters and downspouts! We are so thankful to find such a friendly, professional and efficient service provider!!

J&J did a great job cleaning the exterior of our house (painted cedar siding), detached garage and stone chimneys. They arrived on schedule, clearly communicated their work plan, and did an excellent job. They walked around with us before packing up to make sure there were no missing spots.

I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. J&J john and team came and did a super awesome work of washing my outside of home and gutter cleaning. House looked stunning with whole outside very clean. Gutters and the gutter lines looked brand new after washing. They were very prompt and friendly to work with. They were pretty professional closing the outside camera , awning, key holes from water damage. Reasonable price compared to all others. Great job and keep up the great work. Really appreciate doing this. Totally agree with all the other great reviews about them in google. Will definitely use them again and refer to any friend’s houses too. adding some pre wash and post wash videos here. Had a 1 minute video, but looks like google only allows 30 seconds.

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. I am absolutely speechless and feel so relaxed knowing anyone who comes over, I don’t have to think in the back of my mind about the dirty spots I have been meaning to get to also. Best thing of all was my husbands response saying let’s just have them do it next year too. So relieved! I didn’t want to do it either haha! Very professional and I will be recommending to my neighbors!

Provided me with all the necessary details I was looking for right away and were out to complete the work within a few days. Carson did a great job and kept me informed on the progress of the work being done along the way. John did a wonderful job and was very thorough. Concrete and pavers were filthy and he left them looking good as new. Walked thru everything before and after to make sure we were happy. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat and will definitely be calling him again in the future.

John responded immediately to my Facebook inquiry and I was delighted to find out he serves my area! He quoted me prices that were very fair and then came right out the same day to clean my gutters! The gutters aren't new and he took great care to thoroughly clean them all out AND clean off the roof so they wouldn't fill back up! He cleaned up the stuff that came out of the gutters and they look great and they drain, which is a HUGE relief! He was fast, thorough, friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone for gutter cleaning!

J&J do a fantastic job with gutters and power washing!! They are super responsive and very affordable. We had them paint inside our house as well and were very pleased with the results!!

He immediately cleaned out my gutters and then gave free estimates for work to be done for pressure washing and window painting. I was very pleased with his work so far and am sure that I’ll be just as happy with the pressure wash and windows.
