I’ve had to deal with many different services contractors in the past year, to bring my house up to date. J&J was by far the most responsive, easiest, and kindest. They quickly completed my deck, walkway, gutters and roof. It all looks great, but I had no idea my deck could look this good!

They responded back quickly with a quote which was very fair with the amount of work done. I supplied the gutter guards for them to install. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! John answered my query quickly and professionally and came out the next day. He immediately cleaned out my gutters and then gave free estimates for work to be done for pressure washing and window painting. I was very pleased with his work so far and am sure that I’ll be just as happy with the pressure wash and windows. John also cleaned the gutters on my sister’s home across the street while he was here. Customer service just couldn’t be better! UPDATE: Pressure wash completed and just as quick and professional as the previous work done. Once the window paint is completed, I’ll be back to report. Great job!

Very happy with my experience with J&J! Great communication and friendly. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and reminded me to lock all windows before they started. They were quick but did a thorough job, my house is white again and my gutters are clean! They were also considerate of my flower beds around the house. Pointed out a few things about the age of my roof and gutters (which I already knew, but it shows they're paying attention, and was appreciated feedback). I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. My gutters were also cleaned of leaves during the same appointment and I have peace of mind going into winter knowing they are clear. I would definitely call them again.
